Wally

Ok, this is my first ever attempt at emotifying Wally. I will probably work on a better version of this in the future. Let me know if you think it looks like him, or if you think I could do something to make a 15 x 15 emote seem more like him. I think the 'skin' colour of this one is a little off. You get that when you're colourblind though I might fix it in the near future.
